We're Tess & Raina, co-founders of Cultcha. Long before this, we were the friends forwarding each other food label photos, asking why a product needed twelve ingredients when it should need four. Whole foods and where they actually come from — that's just genuinely what we care about most.

So when we looked at the dairy aisle, we couldn't ignore what we saw. Australia has some of the best raw ingredients in the world — world-class milk, incredible farms, a dairy industry to be genuinely proud of. And yet the cottage cheese sitting on those shelves told a completely different story. Gums, starches, additives — on a product that has absolutely no need for any of it.

We couldn't walk past it.
So we decided to reimagine it.
